\u2713 <\/strong>Analyze the failure of building systems, determine the cause of failures, evaluate the quality of construction and review design or maintenance procedures;
\u2713 <\/strong>Perform field investigations, lead multi-party examinations and documentation of damaged property;
\u2713 <\/strong>Write detailed, well-structured and easy to understand forensic engineering reports on distressed structures;
\u2713 <\/strong>Recommend and offer practical and economical solutions to technical problems;
\u2713 <\/strong>Contribute to innovative and technical improvement of projects and designs;
\u2713 <\/strong>Provide detailed scope of works for repairs that are easy for Builders to cost;
\u2713 <\/strong>Manage key stakeholders and reporting back to them on technical issues;
\u2713 <\/strong>Meeting KPIs and ensure turnaround times are met;
