2. Our Engineers are independent investigators, not Client advocates. Ensure they are fully briefed on your situation and concerns. Please understand that the outcome of their investigation may not be in your favour. MFS Engineering takes no responsibility for financial losses in disputes, court cases, etc.
3. Our Engineers are not Quantity Surveyors. While we may provide repair recommendations, costing information for repairs is outside our expertise and will not be provided.
