✓ Providing overall administrative support including contract administration, scheduling, development of project templates, client and supplier liaison as well as supporting the Project Managers and Engineers.
✓ Reception and office duties including answering the phone, data entry, administrative task to covering the office.
✓ Maintain inventory level, anticipating required office supplies, scheduling equipment service and repairs.
✓ Managing office security, housekeeping and maintenance.
✓ Overall running of the office and staff.
